Tony earned degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Technology in 1998 and 2004. After postdoctoral work, he joined the company as a filtration engineer in 2006. In 2010, he became Head of Operations.

He has taught mechanical systems and equipment maintenance since 2000. He specializes in filtration, hydraulics, and machine reliability for industrial and heavy equipment applications. He has guided numerous research projects and technical theses.
